I bought this 2 years ago from the original owner as a stock Street Bob with 600 miles.
Engine is stock but has been re-mapped to suit the exhaust and intake with Screeaming Eagle Master Tuner (include in sale). I've changed the rocker covers and tappet covers to H-D chrome set. I've change the engine oil every 1500 miles with Amsoil synthetic, but otherwise have not touched the engine. It has Vance and Hines straight shots and S&S tear drop air cleaner, both new.
I changed the front end to Wide Glide using new stock H-D parts. Rear end has been converted to struttless, and has a swing arm mounted custom rear fender that is sized to allow a bolt-on installation for a 200 fatbob wheel and tyre (at a later date). Rear singnals are mounted on the custom fabricated mounts and sit just behind the shock mounts. Rear shocks are stock 12", but the bike will allow installation of lowered 11.5" shocks.
Seat is a leather Danny Gray with Gel (brand new), and secured with a Custom fabricated chrome mount.
My plan was to build the bike Harley never produced, with the front style of the wide glide, rear style of the rocker, and handling and performance of the street bob. People think its a new wide glide with custom rear fender, but the steeper rake around 31.5deg make this turn a lot sharper than the wide glide, but still rock stable at speed. I'm selling the bike to make way for my next 2 year project. I have the title in hand, manual etc.
Other add-on upgrades include:
Side mounted licience plate
Bar end mounted mirror
stealth clutch and throtle cable (single cable conversion)
Stealth brake and clutch levers
Stealth front signal mounts
Ebony goodrich brake hose
Stock H-D wide glide fat bars and risers with internal wireing
Stock H-D wide glide forward controls
Rear signal tail light conversion with flashing stop
Chrome engine screw kit
H-D Nighttrain gas tank emblems
Screaming Eagle HT Leads
The bike is spotless, has no know mechanical or electrical faults, and has been used for Sunday dry riding only. The seat sits about 2" lower than stock because it's not mounted on the fender. I have a lot invested in this bike, but appreaciate it will make perhaps marginally more than a stock Street Bob, so the price is very fair in my view.
